REFUND POLICY & TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT (SALES ARE FINAL)

1: All information presented by Entryworks.COM or Publsihpoint.COM is offered as general information only and is not intended to replace or substitute for the expert medical opinion and advise of your doctor, physical trainer, coach, health or nutrition professional. This site is designed to help you record and report your own fitness training and diet practices. Entryworks.COM or Publsihpoint.COM reserve the right to cancel or refuse membership for any reason at the point of registration, or any time in the future for violations of our terms of agreement.

2: GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: You agree to

• (a) enter honest and accurate information;
• (b) keep your own login and password information secure and private.

3: FREE 30 TRIAL: Entryworks provides full access to a demo account for the Journal of Training (JoT) and a FREE 30 DAY TRIAL. The resources offered in the trial version are identical to the features found in the paid subscritpion version of the applicaiton. Since two options are available to determine the usefulness of the application, SALES ARE FINAL. The same service is provided to our trial subscriptions as to paid subscribers..

4: Subscription Terms:: Entryworks offers two subscription Terms: 1 or 2 years. You are not obligated to pay for additional services for any reason unless you decide to renew your existing membership. There are no auto-renewals options, and we don't keep record of your credit card information on our systems. The site will remind you when your membership is about to expire and walk you through the steps required to renew your services with Entryworks' Journal of Training (JoT)..

5: CANCELLATION: You may cancel or reactive your membership anytime - refunds are not available. Please see item 3 (Free 30 Trail).

6: RENEWING YOUR MEMBERSHIP: The site offers an easy renewal process. It will remind you 1 month, 3 weeks, 2 weeks and 1 week before your subscription expires. If you decide NOT to renew your membership, your account will remain active to login, however you will not have access to any of your information and you'll will be prompted to renew your membership. After 6 months, your account may be removed from our system and your information will be erased.

7: WAIVER, RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: You agree that neither Entryworks.COM or Publsihpoint.COM, its affiliates, employees, consultants or information providers shall have any liability to you under any theory of liability or indemnity in connection with the use of our online fitness journal, or hard copy printed equivalent. You hereby release and forever waive any and all claims you may have against Entryworks.COM or Publsihpoint.COM, its affiliates, employees, consultants or information providers. Entryworks.COM or Publsihpoint.COM shall not hold any liability for loss of journal data due to hardware failure, software failure, user error, or acts of god.

8: The total liability of Entryworks.COM or Publsihpoint.COM, its affiliates, employees, consultants or information providers, if any, for losses or damages including journal data storage shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the JoT subscription. All other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive arising from any use of the information or other parts of JoT are hereby excluded even if Entryworks.COM or Publsihpoint.COM, its employees, agents, consultants, information providers have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Void where prohibited by law.
